Return & refund policy

This policy explains how refunds and returns work for purchases made through Unstuck EDU LAB.

Digital products

Digital goods (e.g. e-books, test series access) are generally non-refundable once delivered or access is granted, except where required by law or where we fail to provide the purchased access through our fault.

If you cannot access a digital product after payment, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details—we will work to restore access or offer a remedy.

Physical products

For shipped items, you may request a return for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order ID. Approved returns may be replaced or refunded as appropriate.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was ours.

Pending payments & cancellations

Orders in pending payment state may be cancelled before fulfillment. If you were charged in error, contact us for a correction.
